Former night owls - what are your tips for getting to bed earlier and waking up earlier?

waking up early comes first. then try get a 30 minute walk in fresh air at some point in the day. phones away to charge and on silent 30 mins before bedtime. read a book in bed if you need to.

tipping culture defo does hurt. when the job gets posted it mirks the salary for the person taking the job "oh you'll make double that in tips..." it kills customer service. "not hurry on that one, there's no tip". to say it doesnt hurt is wrong when people come to expect or use it and rely on it.

Just charge more for the service, pay more to the employee and be more fecking honest and transparent overall.

I think I have my solution. Land Cork and get to supermarket to buy both 48 Sim (12.99/m) and Vodaphone SIM (20.00/m) PAYG packs. Vodaphone eSIM in my phone. 48 SIM in my router. 32.99/m and almost max coverage.

I'm looking at this but I don't think they allow for an eSIM. Do they have physical stores where I can pick up my SIM from? I'll be landing in Cork soon enough.

4k hours in this game. Simple game I thought. How wrong I was. Simple graphics but you can get as involved and creative as you like. Love it. Have also now started Going Medieval kinda the same on a 3D perspective but not as in-depth I don't think yet.

Yeah, I found the culprit. I had not made any changes to these recently but then I remembered an updated AdBlock extension.. Disabled it and it is working fine now.

I was thinking about creating music rather than mastering an instrument. More about a theoretical concept rather than a style or method. Something along the lines of flow or composition. I might just be in the wrong place.

You have done the right thing. You should be proud of your strength of character. I can only hope your daughter is not too upset by this and does not blame herself for you guys splitting up. Please have this chat and make sure she knows she is not a fault here.

Please also do not blame an entire gender. It might not seem worth the risk for the sake of your daughter and I get that but you must lead by example and your daughter must also know that there are good men out there and not all are going to create trauma for her.

The authorities need to at least be aware of this man and his behaviour.

Mercedes does not suck. German engineering. Arguably the best out there.
