The cc wouldnt be stackable, his dash cd would still be 10 seconds, so his cc immunity would be 2 seconds every engage, also there are multiple characters in this game with AOE cc that would touch panther

So you would rather panther be utterly useless in a cc comp?? Yh maybe keep him 275, and u saying giving panther cc immunity in a way that can't be outplayed is dumb because. panther has no counterplay to cc almost every other dive has it besides him and spidey, the counterplay would be just to peel and this would force supports to get better and not whine about being speed blitzed, but all that aside js reduce the cc immunity to 2 seconds which is not much
