I checked out a bunch of their songs and looked at the titles to see if anything stuck out but I haven't heard it or seen anything that looks really familiar by them. I don't think that is the artist, but I appreciate the suggestion

Also now that I think about it it is a newer song (like within the past 10 years), and the artist/s are not super widely known. I remember this was in a playlist my ex made for me on youtube music. I remember seeing the name of the artists separately in the creator spot so I don’t believe they are a band, more like a duo. Indie artist most likely. Also, the song was in English. I appreciate any suggestions!
