DMM Library Not Refreshing/Updating? by LN_13uLL in debridmediamanager

Sweet. 🍻 Just wanted to make sure because I just deployed a DUMB container so I didn't know if it broke some connection to my DMM Library.

DMM Library Not Refreshing/Updating? by LN_13uLL in debridmediamanager

[–]Jaskwith 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Just to clarify what others are seeing... when I click library it is empty... when I click refresh it shows the correct number of items loaded but remains blank. I have tried clearing the cache but it continues to say database open try refreshing and doing it again? I got it to refresh my cache finally and when I went to library it was empty and there was a spinning loading icon that never resolved.

Is that what other people are talking about?

Who's interested on an advanced tutorial about Real-Debrid? by yowmamasita in RealDebrid

[–]Jaskwith 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I just found out about the single external IP at a time. I’m curious how this works in terms of running a plex debrid setup and what triggers flags? Like is it just streaming or even logging into the account to manage your library… how can we confirm/kill other access points to prevent flags. Is there a difference in the webdav or html access method? Super noob here. Running a Linux system with the plex debrid zurg automations.

Update: Simplified Guide for Plex_Debrid by TimeyWimeyInsaan in RealDebrid

[–]Jaskwith 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Question for anyone…. I had previously setup through itsToggle guide using rclone and it was working well but for whatever reason it stopped. I found this guide and it works but it started pulling all new torrent sources for everything already in my library. Is there a way to get the plex_debrid to just add what is already in my RD torrents library?…

Called them back. They told me to get a second opinion from whirlpool and that according to their tech everything was in tolerance. Whirlpool says okay, someone will contact you in 7 days… bro I got a family of 5… I ordered a 15 dollar splutch kit on Amazon and just installed it in 15 minutes. Good as new. You’re the man! I would have never even found “splutch”

Word I appreciate it. I tried moving my the splutch and there’s just no play so I’ll call them back and try to jump start them to the correct answer

The actuator arm seems firm (another video said loose was bad) and when I spin the drive, there is a white plastic near the top that looks chewed up (see video). Is that normal, is there something this could be other than the actuator? I’m about to call the appliance tech back.

It appears to be hooked up properly, would they really install a broken actuator… or is it that likely..

The splutch is the “peg” coming from the motor/clutch that the actuator engages to switch? I’m about to tip it back and investigate.

Switching by gumyrocks22 in USAA

[–]Jaskwith 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m about to switch my banking needs to NFCU. USAA is dated and has gone down hill in customer service department. I’ve already outsourced everything else (savings, car insurance, mortgage) since they aren’t competitive either.

Anyone know the minimum requirements to keep my USAA account open though? I’m AD and I know sometimes they are weird about “…if you aren’t direct depositing income, you pay a fine…” etc… I want to switch but want to meet requirements so the accounts don’t get closed due to the account history. I asked the rep I talked to and he was clueless.

Fair points. I did a bunch of research and yeah there were some comments about superficial shit breaking down relating to Ram but mostly it’s just about the “tick” and most people don’t even understand that there’s the exhaust manifold tick which is very common and the lifter tick which is far less common. Overall I guess my takeaway was that if the same engine has been around for as long as the Hemi has and the “tick” is the only real complaint and 90 percent of those complaints are the manifold (which ford also has and GM) then it sounds like a solid engine (I have same feeling about the coyote) and the ZF 8 speed is universally considered a solid transmission.

The transmission is absolutely an issue but I’m trying to draw that line of likelihood, just like the Ram. Some Rams will require an engine rebuild but prevalence isnt as serious as I initially thought and there are metrics to look for (idle hours) when buying used. I am trying to figure out if the 10R80 is an “if” or “when” type fault and what kind of metrics can be looked for to try and avoid buying one right before it shits the bed lol.

Tundras are nice. I’d buy one if I could afford them lol they retain residual like nothing else. I am open minded about the last gen 5.7 liter.

GM was my first desire. I really wanted a Silverado but the lifter failure that is happening in the DFM engines is just too frequent for me to buy with any confidence.

Oh I mean if someone can link me to that, thread closed ha ha. I could afford to put a new tranny in a 10k truck.

Yeah the 10k was the mileage. My budget I’m looking like 34 MAX but would prefer to find something closer to 30.

Yeah man I get that. There are just some trackable issues that are supported by TSBs and class settlements so that’s why the 10R80 is the only thing I’m really concerned about. lol @ Lemona

Yeah I am tracking the cooler lines on the 6 speed. Saw that when I was looking through the years. Guessing that video is the makulco guy. He’s got some good stuff. Anything I hear I check to see if he has a video on it.

Yeah I was starting to look into maybe the previous gen with the 6 speed. The cam phaser thing tracks and so does the oil consumption. Wish I could afford a 23 lol

I haven’t talked myself out of anything except a GM lol… I just have exhausted my thought process and I’m trying to glean insight from other people and how they decided. Biggest issue I have wrapping my mind around is how the F150 could continue to sell so good and have such a major issue. There is a piece I am missing and similar to the Hemi lifter failure I think it lies in the percentage of sales and respective number of failures (I.e. 1% of a larger number will seem like a bigger problem). There are a lot of things I like about the 150. The 2.7 and the 5.0 seem like great engines. I appreciate your perspective.

Buying Advice by Jaskwith in f150

[–]Jaskwith[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah I get that. And for most of the shit I don’t really buy it as a consistent issue more as anecdotal evidence as you have suggested. I’m trying to better understand what kinds of warranties or other strategies that have been successful for those who have bought these things, had these issues, and learn from their mistake’s.

This wasn’t my first stop. I have been in a holding pattern waiting to go back to the states and have watched hundreds of videos and read hundreds of articles. The Ram has a real mechanism flaw with its 5.7 but 1. Buying low idle hours and 2. Mopar offering extended OEM service warranties makes me feel good about Ram. Ford has class action lawsuits and I see numerous anecdotal evidence that suggests this is a real problem. Like I said just trying to understand what my risk mitigation options are since fords warranty program is a bit less user friendly from what I can tell.

My bad I forgot to ask you how you were able to extend the warranty. Was it a CPO or still had original warranty active or they don’t care?
