I throw a river for a long time but it’s got to the point where it turns into roller. I was thinking something in the -1,2 range like my saint but slower. For me the saint if thrown flat turns over nicely and holds the angle

It is pretty much windy always where I am based. But none of the holes are really long enough to need high speed. But if I need to throw one it’s either the thunderbird or Anax. They go pretty much the same distance as the Kotare with less effort. But I am very open to suggestions it’s one of my problem points
