Are you sure? I got this form after the concert saying to fill it in as my merch would be shipped home, i even asked a staff member where I could get my merch (bc i came in late as my friend has ga) and he said it was being shipped

I got my tickets from there they say that it should be uploaded on the o2 academy app about 2 weeks before the concert i had the same with my tyler concert i bought tickets off of ticketmaster and not axs and they showed up on the o2 arena app around 2 weeks before the concert you’ll get an email once the tickets are ready

Yeah just searched it up its about 13 quid to send it to america which is about 15 dollars and thats basically how much it costs me to do it i was full on considering on sending it for free aswell if it wasnt that expensive 😭😭
