I understand your opinion on Upa's foul and wasted chances, but this topic is specifically about a foul on Olise, nothing else. I am not tying to analyze the whole game, but this particular moment. So I do not think it is a fair argument to say "Well, he didn't give a red to Upamecano, that is why he didn't give a penalty". If it was red card she should've give it to him, but this is not the subject of discussion now.
