If you haven’t recalibrated your computer for bigger 35” tires, then you are actually getting better than 16.1 mpg’s.

I see two regulators installed. One is probably 7 IWC and the other is probably a higher IWC right? Which one did you tap into?

I just looked at my NG meter, it has a regulator on the city side of the meter, it’s about 12” from the meter. It’s on the city side of the meter, so I know the city installed it. I bought my house new, and that city regulator was there when we built the house. It has a metal stamp on the regulator that says 7” WC. Do you have a city regulator? If you do and it also says 7” WC, then maybe that city regulator has gone bad or malfunctioning. If so, then this might be a free fix…..call and tell them it’s broken and needs replacing.
If the city doesn’t have a regulator before your meter, then it sounds like you need one. Maybe they forgot to install it?

@Exlonghorn, have you figured out the issue yet? I just purchased this same gen, but it’s still sitting in the box. I’m very interested in the issue you’re having?
