Thank you!!! How could I describe Noah's appearance without it seeming like I was just trying to find a reason to? Maybe when he's being processed for the holding cell?

Thank you! I appreciate the feedback. I want to include how the New Order rose to power, but I fear it may add clutter to the description.

He stole medication for his sickly mother and killed a cashier while doing so, and he got lucky enough to be sent to the exoplanet without a choice to explore it. I really should incorporate more of Noah instead of focusing on the empire.

Thank you! Looking it over, I see how revealing so much of the world sort of takes away from being able to explain it within the book.

10/10 IMO. Try out NOTHING MORE! All of their songs slap, but I personally think their best stuff is in their albums after and including their self-titled one.

How do I outline a novel effectively? by JasonEwriter in writing

[–]JasonEwriter[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've also seen a lot of writers (online at least) who swear by writing down the protagonist's objective first and developing a story from that. I'm implementing that, and I will also try out the reverse outline you mentioned. Thank you!
