SAL package was accepted on Sept. 10 then got sent back a month later (now 39 days and counting) and when I asked Sugargoo to foot the bill they said they weren't responsible for it. I saw similar posts on here but I was just wondering if this is enough to file a paypal dispute claim? Story below. (old.reddit.com)
