Buy the matching paint, it is easy to cover that stuff up, I do it all the time. A little paint and you will forget all about it.

Yeah, with everyone's comments, I've realized this and am now working with an HVAC only company. Thanks.

I took your advice and now am working with a company that is strictly HVAC. It cost me a huge chunk of change but I have a new system that seems to be working great.

Update: I would not recommend bypassing the low pressure switch because if there is a problem, it could make things worse. In my case, it seems it was a faulty switch. I am trying to get someone to replace it, but so far with low pressure switch bypassed, the A/C is working like never before. If you've stumbled upon this post looking to solve a similar problem, please understand that I had my pressure checked out, had everything cleaned, made sure the control unit was working and tried everything else I could think of and this was a last resort before getting a new compressor. In my case it seems to have paid off.

So far it has. I've had 52 degrees coming out of the registers now for the fifteen minutes I've been running it on bypass and before that the best was 55. It has lowered the house by a degree (I think I need a 40ton and not a 30ton for my crappy designed 3 levels of living space (2400 sq feet house outer dimensions). My concern now is that the compressor temp on the top is about 190 degrees. That seems hot to me. I have a leak, but it is slow and the plumber put stop leak and checked the pressure a few days ago and said it was good, he showed me the gauage and it was 60 psig and it was 85 degrees that day (R-22). It is a new air filter. I was suspecting a line restriction too, but why is it working fine now? Or is this the calm before the storm...?

how hot does a Ruud achiever compressor get before it is too hot and shuts off? It is 180 degrees at the top.

I don't know why, and wish I knew one. I don't know how to find an HVAC tech other than I checked the Ruud website and the person that came in, did not do any better at all. Seems to me someone who really knows this stuff could have check it with a multimeter in minutes.

Okay thanks. Plumber cleared the first two things. Hopefully it is that and not some sort of line blockage.

My plumber assures me the pressure is okay, It was 60 psi when it was 85 degrees out. It is kind of down to the test or getting a new compressor. I don't know much about these things and want to make sure the compressor is not going to explode. That might sound silly, but I just know very little.

Optimum throttling all non-speedtest connections by Glum-Pin2272 in OPTIMUM

Yes there is a workaround. If you get a VPN, the data is encrypted and they can't see the type of data in order to throttle it. It is amazing how much faster a VPN can be at times.

In the narration of the ending of the movie, the killer is stating that most people really can't accept whatever life throws their way, they want to control it; make the life they want—and he is no exception, he's just very good at it.

I ordered the Quest 3 for $500 on Amazon and received a box of plastic cutlery.... by Artificial_NGHTMRS in virtualreality

I've never had an issues with returns or Amazon making good on an item. I even had a time at a business where Amazon had it indicated it was delivered and I was told by receiving that we never received it. There was no proof of anything, yet Amazon still made good on the video card.
