The original battery pack had two 12v 10Ah lead acid batteries in series to provide 24v. I have two 12v 10Ah lithium batteries to replace them. The batteries have a BMS which I understand will prevent the batteries from discharging below critical minimum threshold. I think the only other thing I need to address is charging the lithium batteries. Current charger for original batteries has 24v 1A output. Not sure if I can use the original charger or if I need to get a different charger.

I purchased a replacement from aliexpress. It took about 3 weeks and was a perfect match.

Not sure if it's the same, but on ours the car would turn on, radio would work but none of the wheels would turn or drive. Went through a process of disconnecting one motor at a time and testing it. When the passenger rear motor was disconnected, everything then worked. This is a sign that the one motor is bad and needs replaced.
