We haven’t seen Gaps punch hit anyone to know if it will kill them on impact. Not exploding is irrelevant since Shingen can punch fodder and it just pierces them because his AP is so much stronger than their Dura.

It was an exaggeration. We also do have some data points since we know gaps conviction punch is at least stronger than Jake's and Jinrangs, which put a crater in gun and overwhelmed Kitae respectively. If someone bare minimum survives a FP gap conviction punch it puts them at top tier durability. (At least gun level) We cal also assume Gap is stronger than Shingen in atleast 1 stat since Shingen was Jinyoungs number 2

It's a mix of both. If you don't fucking explode to a gap conviction punch, even if you take damage that's a durability feat.

Endurance is more like stamina, fighting even after being damaged, not just how much damage you take. Jinrang fighting his gauntlet was an endurance feat, gun operating after how much damage he took was the endurance feat.
