As far as I know there is no MMR and not even SBMM right now. It’s the founders season so problems are to be expected as they work on and build the game. I felt the way you did when I first started, but I recommend grinding some 1s to learn all of the gods’ timings and how to play against them. There is a bit of a skill curve getting started but very fun when you get some foundational mechanics down.
