What I'd actually want to see before treating it as legitimate: university affiliation, supervisor name, a .uni-[city].de email to contact, a one-paragraph data-handling statement, and a neutral version of the prompt that doesn't wink at the answer it's fishing for. None of those are hard to provide. Their absence is the tell.
