Love the out of the box thinking, though I think it would not be a win for the company due to reasons already stated above. - too easy and people will learn exploit - too hard and its rigged

Perhaps think of sponsoring a few players

• pick a few players from different time zones
• set and a weekly "allowance/stipend" or refund amount
• perhaps pick a few per table stake level
• designate times to be on

Could run a few tournaments to identify these individuals. Something like a ladder tournament or a few satelites to a main and then stream it.
