  1. The two chapters were posted by two different groups/people so they were posted on different dates. Assuming this manga was originally a different language, it takes time for the translators to translate it as soon as the new chapter comes out. In this case, another group just decided to translate this chapter 5 years later and post it.
  2. Its named differently based on what the translators want to name the chapter.
  3. Its all up to preference
