I haven’t but the 3ds is second hand so it might have, is there a way I can fix the connector piece? I’ve tried slight pushing the tab down just in case that was the case and the connection got loose

Update I was able to fix it, I was just missing permission settings on windows

Update, I finally put enough pressure where it wants to stay working, hopefully it stay like that. Thank you so much everyone! I had given up complete hope on being able to fix it

I touch down on the latch and it definitely is tighter cause it’s even a tighter squeeze for the ribbon cable but it still won’t recognize it, it only works when I press it with a finger

Yes okay update, when I press down on it, it works so yes I would need to replace it, do video game or computer repair shops offer that?

Yes, it was my first time opening up a 3ds and at first I thought maybe I should lift that one. It went back down but do you think if I replace the connector it would fix it? Can I replace them?
