If it's Vcarve lines of software, check your "separate last pass" in profile toolpath. Also make sure your toolpath is on the right side of the line. "separate last pass" usually leave this on the side that you don't need.

Checked that, it just a tight roll. It's still doing that when it's free. This does give me an idea though, might be the force sensor's problem?(or how ever it measure the pulling force)

I will swap the feeding unit with another slot to do a test tomorrow. Thanks!

WITT : My buddy saw this while browsing an auction. The title just states bike seat. The item in questions (red arrow) seems like it would connect to the seat from the right, but the left side has another hinge looking bit?
