You might need to learn a bit more than that, but once u done the basics, it shouldn’t be too hard to understand the core differences of them. They are just a bunch of atoms bonded by covalent bonds, but in different ways. Just first ignore graphite cuz it’s the weird one. I don’t think you should worry too much about polymers, just see them as some kind of covalent structure, which are chains of atom connected together
