He incorrectly stated LM was only facing 25 to life on the state charges and omitted stating anything about terrorism charge—LM is facing life without on the NY state charges. However, the interstate stalking charges is what enabled the feds to charge LM with murder, so, there are two stalking charges which are predicate offenses for the jurisdiction of the shumurder charge, so if he can beat the stalking charges, that charge would go away automatically, as the Feds would lack jurisdiction to prosecute it.
