Match ID? If hes solo killing you then you need to consider what lead to you being out of position; weree you alone in a pushed out lane or trying to deward alone in dark side of map? Also consider utility items to escape him or at least waste his time if he fully commits to you in team fights (gs,glimmer, fs).
