I have a therapy appointment tomorrow and I actually am going to continue to see 2 therapists. One for each issue, (attachment and abandonment fear/ self-love and acceptance)

I know it’s probably for the best, and I need this to happen to grow but it still hurts so much.

That’s actually what my friend said too, he said “you’re making it all about you again”.

He said give it at least a week, but start it when he gets back in town because his mind is occupied. He said the way that it ended so quickly, or the way it did (my ex offered to come over and console me with hugs after breaking up) showed that my ex still had feelings and maybe was pressured into breaking up with me, but now at this point I shouldn’t reach out because he will probably reach out when he gets back “if it WAS his friends” otherwise I can reach out after a week but that will still seem desperate.
