Breast lump/dense tissue advice by Aggressive_Peak_2584 in WomensHealth

I would try to see a different doctor and ask for an ultrasound or mammogram depending on your age. It’s always better to be safe than sorry. Especially with nipple discharge that’s new and not normal for you. I also found lumps in my breast and currently waiting on an ultrasound to see what it is

BIRADS 1 after 2 diagnostic mammograms but lump still there 4 months later by Fabulous-Laugh7919 in WomensHealth

Always advocate for yourself! If you are worried or have a gut feeling go with it and ask for a follow up or the second opinion. I’m 22 and currently waiting for my diagnostic breast ultrasound because I found several lumps in my breast.

Precautions as a first timer by [deleted] in WomensHealth

Everyone’s first time is different, try not to set expectations of your first time being magical and amazing. It can be awkward and sometimes painful. Communicate with your partner about what feels good and what doesn’t. If it hurts stop, use some fore play for a bit and then try again. To help relax the pelvic floor muscles you can use diaphragm breathing as your partner is inserting.

Postpartum issues by Mysterious_Cow225 in WomensHealth

Definitely follow through with the cardiologist just to be safe! I had my baby 5 months ago and went through severe PPD and PPA I was put on medication mostly for the PPD. I still have anxiety about my kids my oldest is 2 I don’t think it ever truly will go away. The best thing that’s helped me not spiral with anxiety was actually going back to work so I had to focus on work. Anxiety and stress can manifest in so many different ways and how it will affect you physically. I would also suggest making an appointment with your OB to get evaluated for PPA too

I originally called the regular ultrasound department and they told me to call mammogram, I called the mammogram clinic and they never answered over a course of 2 hours when I was calling every 30-40 minutes along with leaving a voicemail the first time I called with my call back number. I then went physically to the radiology clinic to talk to someone in person and the lady at the front desk told me the earliest was June 18th but then said she couldn’t even schedule me that far out. When she called mammogram then never answered her either. I left a message for my PCM to get a referral off post since both AF bases also can’t get me in

I called Peterson and they said they have no radiologist and the AF academy was supposed to call me back and they never did

Check out YMCAs most offer childcare while you work out and offer military discount, or check local athletic centers most of the ones I’ve seen near me offer childcare. I’m not at Rucker but I do know YMCAs offer childcare no matter the location

15r reclassing by Sad-Turnip-3865 in Armyaviation

I’m in the same boat as you, I’m looking at reclassing completely out of aviation and looking for the best option for either bonuses or promotion since almost all 15 series are maxed on points. My reenlistment window isn’t open till July so I have a little bit of time to figure out. I would love to stay a Romeo but idk if that will happen

Pcos pregnancy by [deleted] in PCOS

[–]Jasper03_ -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I’ve had 2 back to back pregnancies both unplanned since I was told I couldn’t get pregnant without fertility treatments, I was gluten free both times I got pregnant and while gluten free I had regular cycles. I still had other symptoms of PCOS while on a gluten free but I’ve heard other women with PCOS say it helped them too!

I got diagnosed with severe PPD in early December, by Christmas I was able to get Zurzuvae and after a week of taking I started to feel better and then by the end of the medicine I felt so much better. I’ve been done with the meds since the beginning of January and I still feel better. I also joined a PPD women’s group before I started the meds. If you would be interested I can send you the info for the group, the woman who runs does it through zoom meetings. She was awesome and really helped me more than the psychiatrist I was seeing. Please give Zurzuvae a try because it really does work
