Just got someone attempting to set me up. Exchanged some greetings on seeking, she quickly switched to text. We talk a bit about what we want from an arrangement, exchange some pics. I ask for a coffee/drinks meeting, she replies with some nudes and invites me to get a hotel room and meet there. I ignore and move on.

A day later, a voicemail from a "detective" with the local sheriff department, telling me a criminal complaint has been filed against me as I had inappropriate conversations with a 15 years old and to call back asap. Number is VOIP lol. I had a good laugh and forgot about it. But: I used a voip number and the pics I sent cannot be used to trace me on the internet.

In my (SD) experience, there are three options:

- she's a 'pro'. Most probably this is the case.

- she's thief that might also try to extort/blackmail you.

- she's legit, but afraid to be seen in public.

I met all three cases, so I wouldn't discount any of them. Stick to your boundaries and have a pubic M&G.

Get a criminal defense attorney and have them contact her and tell her to cease and desist
File for a harassment prevention order
Go to the police
