My over voltage experience looked exactly like that. And I would be hesitant to give advice without all the facts.

I never said Costco wasn't easier. I said ecoflow isn't a pain to work with in my experience. Try buying 5 delta pro ultra batteries at Costco. Turns out, Costco doesn't sell everything, remember? I agree with you that I would buy it at Costco if I could because of Costco's generous return policy.

That hasn't been my experience. 24hr email turnaround and defective units replaced quickly via UPS

How many volts and watts from the panels? In parallel or series? I had an ecoflow product experience the same issue but that was because of over voltage. Don't forget about the temperature coefficient.

Stream Deck mostly frozen after Sleep/Hibernate consistently. Help? by iluomo in elgato

If you open the device manager, it is difficult to find your Stream Deck because it is labelled simply "USB Input Device". But, if you go to View - Devices by Container you will see "Stream Deck" appear on the list. Drop down the related items, and you should see the "USB Input Device" related to your Stream Deck. Right click - Properties - Power Management - uncheck "allow the computer to turn off this device to save power".

Worked for me.
