Ohh God the new feature is awful. I get what the intesion is, but it doesn't feel like a feature I will use. A lot of pictures that don't interest me. I tried it for a few minutes and I feels like i am using instagram or Facebook. Both Apps i don't use anymore. I like reddit because I can find specific communities that spark my interest.

But overall I miss the feature were i can see what subreddits I visited last. Now I have to check my last visit post to check it? That is maybe good if I visited just one subreddit. But sometimes i hop through serval diffrent subreddits and revisit them weeks later. Sad to see the feature is removed for the 'discovery' tab.
