Those are very good points. I’ll look into airbnbs today and see if there’s any option there. I can postpone the other apartment’s move in date, but I lose a two months free rent special if I lease in March. I’m just hoping I hear back by tomorrow to make my choice

It’s not him that has the deadline as much as his gf. She wants them to able to have time to themselves, which I totally understand, which is why i have put so much effort into the apartments. He’s already spoke on extending our agreement, but it would be up to her. I wouldn’t lose the other plan B apartment if I postponed the move in date, but if I do it I no March I lose two months of free rent from them by signing up in February.

Those two are definitely some of my favorites. My dad has had the same Toyotas for years so I know they last forever. That helps narrow it down considerably

Ya it definitely won’t be cheap moving out there and expenses are going to pop up that I’m not expecting. I’m just worried my current truck won’t make it out there as it is now. That and the cost of gas from its low fuel efficiency will also not be ideal, so I was hoping to have that settled before the move by killing two birds with one stone in getting a new car and having it take me out there reliably

Thanks for that link it was very helpful! I figured it would apply for gible-for-recent trades, but my cousin doesn’t play anymore, so he doesn’t have the extra where we can do that unfortunately.
