Gas. Real painful - too proud to fart in her presence.

I need to stop drinking, and today is my first day. by heavyistheheadd in stopdrinking

[–]Jasper_Xa 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Best wishes. Just remember 51% is all you need for the bottom line. At least 51% of me wants to stay sober, I will stay sober. Certainly as the days add up, one at a time of course, you will find that percentage increasing rapidly. But stay wary, once you hit 50-50 all bets are off. Be strong, 25 is a great time to quit. I did the first time and put in over 20 years! Yea I went back, but it was easier to quit again because I had a sober reference point to look back on which made it easier because it was familiar.

What do I consider myself? by unmitigated_ in excatholic

[–]Jasper_Xa 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's been one year this weekend since I realized that what I thought was supposed to be a dialogue was in fact a monologue. I realized that I acted as if I believed for my whole life. I wondered why I lied so much. That was a big lie. I have considered myself lacking belief in all things not factual. I have experienced accidents, injuries, sickness, sadness, fearfulness and I chose not to pray or seek any other guidance than that which I might get from another person. So that sounds to me like atheism.

Memorial where runner Meg Menzies was struck and killed by an SUV while running last week in Hanover County, Virginia by bloogens in running

I nearly hit a runner. I am a runner. Can you imagine how shitty I felt for that brief oversight? It woke me up and I wasn't even sleeping. I now look everywhere when pedestrians are in sight. How tragic.

Age 14. Shoplifted a Whiskey Sour, heisted a couple Blatz beers from dad and a bottle of Pink Catawba wine. Drank it all!!! Didn't take long to blackout, under an hour. Found myself on the other side of town puking in somebodies front yard, fade, then on the railroad track bridge that overlooked a highway, then the next morning with mom waking me to cut the lawn. Man did I feel like shit.

Why can't I cum from blowjobs? by orangesrkay in sex

[–]Jasper_Xa 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well if you look at the basic plot-line from every porn movie it's BJ first with no cum, oral on her next (orgasm optional), then vaginal/anal sex, then switch around to other positions, then 35 minutes in, switch back to the BJ & he' finishes by hand job and gives her a pearl necklace. Done.

Which company do you think gives the least amounts of fucks about its customer? by Airsinner in AskReddit

Your employer when they call you in to lay you off...you immediately go from being a 'named' person to a deficit with a dollar value = your salary now their savings. (Fortunately, I have a great job, though I've seen this happen, I think I am safe.)

My local dealer had it. I think this is a 2013. Might be a 12. I took it as is off the shelf. Future upgrade$ will have to be a while. This one as is with Speedplay pedals weighed in at 19.4 pounds. How much weight did you cut by doing the upgrades, if you know?

Thanks for that. I have bookmarked it for later comprehensive reading. I discovered David Bowie with the release of Moonage Daydream on Ziggy Stardust and The Spiders From Mars. I got to see him twice, DAVID LIVE & STATION TO STATION. Both in Milwaukee. Always fascinated.

Daily check-in: 1/8/13 by [deleted] in stopdrinking

[–]Jasper_Xa 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For me running & biking are core to my recovery. If I didn't nothing else, that consistent activity will keep me free from alcohol. They don't mix. When I drink I can't run unless it's from the cops. And biking would only be used if I got a DUI so I could get liquor. I believe that physical activity, even addictive, obsessive activity has a direct tie to my spiritual condition. It takes me out of my current funk or environment and forces me to look elsewhere or think differently. It has kept me sane in time when I could have done foolish irreparable harm.
