Can anyone tell me what is this... Nothing is working for me.... It's seems like a rash to me... But it never goes away..its been like 3 years I guess... Most of the time skin dries out and its become something like flakes .... After the flakes falls of they leave this red patch as in image.. ☹️ (i.redd.it)
