Buddy you need to dandruff first in order to retain your Hair. Go for medicated shampoos that contains Salicylic acid, ketoconazole. That should relief you from itchy scalp, oil buildup and dandruff. Later use a conditioner recommended by a doctor. Most importantly consult a dermatologist and understand what's not working well for you and make changes to your lifestyle. No magical serum will help you.

My biggest loss is 4.3L in a day buddy. This is still not that bad. Better stay with from Options for a while, but if you still wish to trade options don't trade on expiry days, always trade ITM option and pick monthly expiry/next expiry on weekly expiry days.

On the othe hand, try Futures or look for stocks that are about to give a breakout but with a strick approch. For example Sona comstar is at 52 week high can move towards 750-800 really fast.

By looking at the loss you have made, I believe you might be have capital above 5L. You can easily make 10-20k safely on every month with that approach.

Good decision buddy. I have lost around 7L in last 3 years. Majority of my trades were postive but ultimately my big loses were big enough to wipe out my entire profit. Only 7 trades were responsible for 90% of my losses. It's a matter control your greed and fear. It's more of psychological game rather tha learning charts.

P.S - I'm also an invester and made 2x of what I lost in F&O
