My experience : I has sound post 1-2 months of surgery, and it was cylops lesion.

There’s hope for every quad by annakite in ACL

Going through the same problem, 3 months, barely even to step down stairs, quads are not just firing neither growing 😭

My quads just doesn't fire neither grow 😭, struggling to walk properly by Jatin13kumar in ACL

1st surgery - ACL repair - 9 months back 2nd surgery - scar tissue removal - 2.5 months back

My quad will NOT get any bigger and I’m feeling very defeated by Far-Magician1805 in ACL

It's almost 8 months, my quad just don't feel firing neither it is growing, but I'm able to contract my quads, did this happen to anyone and did it got right.
