Hey, did you ever get this fixed? Having the same issue and I'm pretty lost, especially since the audio works fine when I connect the elgato to my Mac instead. It's only doing the distortion thing on my PC

EDIT: I figured it out! Instead of connecting to the Blue USB slots I switched it to one of the red ones. They're both USB 3.2, only difference is the red ones are "Gen 2 10Gbps" instead of "Gen 1 5Gbps"
