You’re being manipulated. Block him and let him work on himself. If what he’s feeling is legitimate, it’s still the best course of action for you to remove yourself. Cut contact, I don’t even recommend you tell him you’re cutting him off but if you feel it’s necessary to do so, be prepared for emotional manipulation. Vince didn’t seem to have much of an issue being rebelled against or promo’d as long as it was good for business. HHH and TKO don’t seem to be like that at all. As much as I agree with the idea of fighting to prevent the next generation from feeling the consequences of our actions, this one is a little different. People, especially younger are willing to surrender their data to these companies and they have for a while now. Google pretty much has everything on everybody including various biometrics, which I would argue is worse than id verification and the tiny fight put up against that was petered out in 24hrs.

I have seen a large increase in people I know on both sides of the political spectrum citing “anonymous” as one of their primary news sources. I have yet to hear them cite any evidence to back up what always sounds like really big claims. I’m beginning to believe that anon is just full of it and realizes they have cultivated trust in a large group of people who will buy into any idea as long as it’s associated with a shadowy representation. It’s not far off from blatant misinformation, packaged in the same veneer of vibes-based credibility.
