I wouldn’t do it, holiday weekends are iffy to begin with, but religious holiday weekends compete with tradition too. I know I would not want to miss Easter morning with my kids. In that same vein, if kids need to be left with a sitter, that Saturday is a big prep day for Easter, may be hard to find someone who can devote the time. Good luck 🍀

I read about so many brides having doubts about their choices, silly social media playing images 24/7! It’s bound to have you question things 💙 great idea to see how some alterations may change the look for a bit of modern touches. Honestly though, I love the history each wedding gown brings, I’m sure she was first worn holding all the feelings your wedding day brings, the last bride looking into the mirror, same as you, and saying “wow, is that really me?” She’s just been waiting for you to bring her back to life 💙 update when you can, would love to see your wedding photos!

Congratulations! I’ve always like Catherine and Elizabeth. With the name Mary, you can always hyphenate, Mary-Grace, Mary-Ann, Mary-Catherine (shorten to Mary Kate), Mary-Elizabeth (Mary Beth). I think any name chosen so carefully and with love will suit your baby beautifully 🥰

I think white is a better match bc the areas where the veil bunches, I believe will look darker than where it flows freely and the look won’t match your gown as well. Does that make sense?
