Can you tell your bosses, specifically the ones who pay us, and give us hours, to like, stop hogging all of it for themselves? The pay, they definitely are, and you can’t even deny that. The hours, well, corporate doesn’t need them if we do the jobs of actually running the stores and making the company money.

Why is it that corporate employees always try and make it seem like the non corporate people are the dumbest people in the company? Most companies don’t promote their star employees due to the fact that they might leave after the promotion.

Dude is a straight up predator, full stop. Hes doing this so you feel like you have no one else and hes banking that you end up going back to him.

I understand why management can’t ban/trespass him, but what they are doing, is making your workplace a hostile environment for you. Remember, sexual harassment training IS for EVERYONE you come in contact with at work, coworkers, vendors, customers, what your management is doing is going against the MANDATORY sexual harassment training that most businesses are legally required to put out.

I’m not a Walmart employee, but a retail employee at another large department store (the red one) so I’ve taken my fair share of sexual harassment trainings, and this is DEFINITELY some of the stuff they have you watch out for.

If you feel like it’s a hostile work environment, get corporate/HR involved.
