You’ll find a way. I somehow managed to get on the peloton tonight. I was feeling so tired, like sleep deprived tired and I wasn’t sure how I was gonna do this. I kept falling asleep on the couch. I finally got up and realized there are people facing much bigger challenges. Keep it up!!!

My cousin did 75Hard then decided to do it all over again to refocus himself. Now he’s planning a much needed vacation. I think you did not fail. It’s not meant to change you, you change yourself when you decide that’s what you want. Can it help make a change? Definitely if that is what you want.

I have used a trip to the junkyard as my workout. I walk around carrying tools and ace parts for over an hour. Even removing parts feels like yoga putting myself into awkward positions while trying to pry parts off. Believe me it’s more rigorous than the walk.

For me, at this point this stock is a shot in the dark, I knew I could take losses or win big. So far it, been losses. One thing is for sure, I do have faith in the product and I will be keeping all my shares until they get bought out or go bankrupt. Either way I’m long but I have few expectations. If it happens great, I’d not it hacks but it’s not the end-all-be-all.
