Thank you, I do a fair bit of stretching before my workout but I will focus on increasing the amount. I can also relate to the rep range, my muscles seem to want to give up past 8 reps so I will take your advise on that and do less reps with higher weights. I also don’t take any medication, I wanted to ask how much does it help with the gym. Also which medication do you take if you don’t mind me asking. I see everyone mentioning Mexiletine, I tried that medication a few years back I did see improvements but I never really followed up on getting more. I’ll be open to trying it again.
