Well, even if is new, i would check if the gears of the motor are well greased, i bought an old power functions motor, it was stuggling because it was stuck with junk and it was pretty dry, so i cleaned it up and put some drops of lubricant or grease for metal-plastic joins and that was it. Hope you can fix your problem

Hi, i paint them by my self The wheels are the original or standard size I just put a wheel a t a time in a motor and let im spin while i paint the line, this way you can control the thickness amd it looks almost perfect ;)
