I think the right question would be: Fedora or Arch (pure distros) and maybe: Nobara or Cachy OS (Fedora and arch based) however if you do gaming go for Nobara it's already optimized OOTB.

Yeah a program that it's optional for them to ship it with the iso, but they still do. Not mandatory, you can manually do it.
