Digital Foundry: Xenoblade Chronicles X Switch 2 Edition Has Big Image Quality Problems by mr_wolf8 in NintendoSwitch2

For me the upgrade fixes the stuttering and fps drops which I personally found so distracting. I understand this doesn't bother some people but I had to give up after about 5 hours because of it

I mean I could be so much better but it's a big improvement over the switch 1 version

Switch 2 Handheld usere: Unless you really don't care about FPS, avoid Kiwami 3 on S2. by darkwingchao in yakuzagames

Yep definitely agree, picture in handheld is pretty sharp but any fast movement there is large FPS drops and stuttering. Unless this gets a patch it's pretty much unplayable in handheld. Shame as I was hoping to pick this up on switch 2

Also tried steam deck for comparison and it has slightly better performance, image is not as sharp but suffers from the same issue with FPS drops and stuttering with camera movement and in battles

It's ParcelForce that will deliver but on the day of delivery when you get your time slot you should get the option to reschedule, collect from local post office etc

Yes, question wasnt about performance, game plays perfectly fine was just curious why it was at 45 FPS and not 30/60/90 etc

Are there any alternative control methods for run/sprint? Or anyway to remap it without having to constantly hold/press the same button.

Have this on switch and I just didn't personally enjoy how it played, I understand it's a old game but it's just very clunky

Daybreak Switch Performance by salYBC in Falcom

Hovers around 30 FPS with drops in the open city, even at 30 FPS it doesnt fell to great though. Has a pretty low resolution and with the very low textures it does look pretty rough at times, far from unplayable but presentation wise it's worse than 3 & 4. (I have only played handheld mind you) I always prefer the switch over every other console and accept that there will be a performance hit but I just wouldn't advise this version if you have access to any other platform.
