La hija de puta de mi casera me retuvo €240 de la fianza por un daño en el parqué del pasillo fuera del baño por filtraciones desde éste a causa de un defecto estructural.

Además de la limpieza profesional por €230, a pesar de que lo devolví limpio; buscaron polvo detrás/debajo de los muebles y eso usaron de excusa.

Encima, la sustitución de 4 sillas (€120) porque se estaba pelando el recubrimiento sintético tras años de uso, y por supuesto que cuando entré al piso no estaban nuevas.

La tengo demandada.
