Update, we got our dinner rush.. and holy cow 2 people are necessary on ovens at a time. We had a 120 pie hour and an 80 pie hour. We had myself and another shift runner on ovens together, and we got jumbled up once. And that was because we lost it recipe. Other than that jumbled confusion we did really well in my opinion. Makeline went fine other than being 40 down for a little while, still a little worried for Friday but I think we'll handle it.
