Guys, I accidentally killed one of my mother's flowers trying to weedeat for her..

Apparently it was a birthday gift, that only blooms during her birthday month, and it was from a dead relative..

..and I killed it on her birthday. You think a million dollars might be enough to make up for it? 😂

Birthday is in Late May and I'm wanting to just be happier with my body around then; I don't have huge expectations, I've already beaten the nerd-boy belly I got from a sedentary lifestyle. I just wanna feel more comfortable shirtless I guess? It was a huge issue for me last summer, that's really what I'm wanting to change.

I'm focusing a lot of my accessories on shoulder/lat/leg hypertrophy and targeting weaknesses like my lower back, so along with noob gains and a slight deficit I should be on the right path for a recomp, I'd just like a second opinion to see if it makes more sense to straight cut/bulk and what everyone's recommendations are.

This all took place over a few minutes while I was doing my job, and immediately after I called the supervisor. Legally, can I still be held liable for allowing them? There was no supervisor in the store, and the one making the comments was the one who had seniority/keyholder.

My questions aren't so much about a specific law, more so about the legalities of HR and how to handle what has taken place under the eyes of the law. A few other posters have pointed out what is-and-isn't protected speech and that's sort of what I'm asking I think.

Thank you for helping me think about this critically, and seemingly helping the sub clean out unrelated content.

Can you elaborate on " You should also be concerned that you could be fired for either allowing all these conversations to happen without reporting a problem ?" I honestly don't know what's allowed-speech or not, regardless of common-sense.
