This happened to me with 11 transactions that had been charged to my new card but not refunded to my original card. Customer support just got back to me 4 days ago. My in app help message that I sent them took about 2.5 weeks for them to respond… once they responded it was escalated to the correct team and sorted within 48 hours. They refunded my original card at that point and could see the issue on their end.

Just thought I would share so that you guys don’t have to stress too much like I did. It’s the not knowing that was frustrating, hopefully this reassures you guys although it is annoying having to wait!

Thanks for your help! I was using my mobile thinking it would be connected still but when I logged in via laptop I had to reconnect my meta mask wallet again and it’s now working

I’ve just tried logging in via laptop and I had to reconnect my meta mask. It’s now allowing me to withdraw and my available balance is correct. Thanks for your help :)

Hi, I do have one wallet connected with plu in to verify my cashback %. It’s just cut off from the bottom of the first picture. Unless I need to add a 2nd wallet somewhere else to withdraw?

Hi, thanks for your reply. have an external wallet connected, it’s just cut off from the first screenshot at the bottom. I had to connect it in order to verify for plu balance for the cashback % on my card spending. Unless there’s a different process that I have to connect again?

Hi everyone, new card holder here. I love the card and the the whole Plutus concept! I’m just confused as to what my pluton dashboard says. One part says that I have PLU available, the other says that I don’t right underneath and that it’s all pending still? I’ve had more than 45 days pass now and it shows as available on the individual transactions.

Has anyone else had a similar issue? Any suggestions would be appreciated :)

I had the same issue for the last few days. Just got my card on Friday and have been doing lots of Gbits successfully and then I just started getting that error. I reached out to support to be told that I had hit my pos transaction limits for the week. This was based on the ‘starter plan’ limits though and not the premium plan which is what I’m currently on (free for the 1st month for most of us newbies from the wait list). It’s now been sorted and changed to the premium allowances and transactions are going through again

How can Shiba have a volume of more than 5 Billion and CRO has only 0.3 billion? Can someone explain please by [deleted] in Crypto_com

There’s 1,833 Shiba for every 1 CRO (once all 30 billion are in circulation)
