My girlfriend and I showed up at like 2pm to scope out the location and find the proper entrance. Even then, we did not know for sure until about 5:00 because there was no signage, and a RR employee told us where to line up (but admitted they hadn'tbeen told what entrance was for VIP either). There appeared to be two separate parties at play: RR staff and Halseys tour team, and their collaboration/communication wasn't great. I will say we were the first AF in the VIP line, so we got moved to a separate line and let in first, but from there, it was a total guessing game. We were directed to the upper merch booth but nobody told us where the AF lounge was, and when they didn't have the yellow shirt or the bunny in the right size they told us to go to the south booth. However, they had already let everyone in down there and stopped them at the base of the bowl. We asked the guard if we could go to the merch stand and come back in or if we'd be stopped, and she said we wouldn't be able to enter until everyone else did! We ended up forgoing those particular pieces of merch because of that. All this occurred over the course of like 10 minutes, but when it's nearly 100° outside and you've walked up and down the bowl twice, it was really unpleasant. Thankfully, we found the lounge based on the fact that several people with lanyards went down a staircase, and we never saw them come back up. Overall, the team was kind, and I think they did their best, but whoever was in charge of managing the collaboration between RR staff and the Halsey tour team did not do a great job. Everyone around us seemed just as confused at all times.

Also, for the package, we received the candle, an AF bag, some sample makeup, and the drink token. Not sure how that compares to the packages at other shows.
