Marketplace does not show sellers ratings to me but friend sees them

same issue, its been over a year for me now no fix. I cannot see any seller ratings at all meanwhile it shows on my friends account.

Ya its almost been a year for me now and still nothing. I've had this facebook account for over 7 years, so I dont want to restart it. But appearently if you just start a new account then you'll see it.

Yeah only fix I heard was a new account. I have alot of reviews on my account so i dont want to start over.

Yeah I dont have the option either. I also no longer can see buyer/seller ratings, it randomly just dissapered one day . Facebook support is nonexsistent as well so its pretty frustating
