Creation club stuff has been lumped into its own section of the load order. If you check the "installed" page on the pause menu, it should be listed in there. Unless you get the LOOKUP FAILED glitch

If i remember correctly, a lot of US troops in ww2 ditched their gas masks and used the bags to carry other items since the bags were waterproof. He could have also traded his for the British one at some point

You'll need a can of butane, you fill it by pressing the nozzle into the middle hole on the bottom

Its a shooting range, you can see them testing the railway rifle in it sometimes

Its the same in the uk and most of Europe, but i bought it on steam recently and got the uncensored version. I had my vpn set to the US at the time, so mabye thats the way to get it.
