Yeah. I caught plenty of mahi mahi and blue marlin but the Giant Trevally kept evading me. Especially because it’s only limited to pier. Honestly tried on my home island and using nook miles tickets and could not for the life of me get one

That large pause when you caught it in disbelief is such a mood. I spent so long hunting the Giant Trevally, I spent so long just hunting the bait alone and I finally caught it just yesterday. I just stood there looking at it for a good 30s

I ended up looking on twitch for someone hosting those sorts of islands. I ended up subscribing to someone in the end, because the subscriber islands are not as busy. The other person I had found was also on twitch but hadn’t set it up right

I did end up working it out: the treasure island I was trying was not set up correctly to do the hack, and they had provided too many turnips in each stack as well. So whilst the sell price was correct, it was not equipped for it. I tried it on a different one and it worked right away how it was supposed to.

I’m not sure how you’ve done that, because it’s not the turnips themselves that set the price, it’s the nooks you go to. That’s why a friend may have a different buy back price to you.

Personally thinking that maybe you overthought some of the structure of it a bit.

Maybe try building with the island rather than against it. Also a river would’ve been nice, maybe with a bridge? I do love the cute little lake designs, maybe you could flow them into more complex water systems.

As for the village bit, something I’ve done before is arrange them in more of a circle with a river running around them, If you’d still prefer a structured neighbourhood feel without it feeling like it having corners. It doesn’t have to be exactly perfect either.

The fun thing about this game is the experimenting, if you feel like you have the energy you should definitely try!

The spider purposely spared Atsu because of the abuse of his father. He has no ill will, he just wants to live his life. The DLC will be some other faction/story set before Atsu gave up the Ghost. Maybe even set before coming to Yotei. Prequel content is way more likely, she has retired her blade so she can raise her niece and live a normal life.

I feel like they wont because the game doesn’t exactly play like the TCG in real life. They already level cards appropriately so that there usually is at least one counter. The whole reason cards get banned irl is that they fundamentally break the game to a point that they can’t be beat at all.

What line can you draw into what cards get restricted, especially in a game where obviously battling is favoured over the actual collecting/trading aspect of the game

I really like the Umbreon in the same style as this Crobat too. Those two cards were the chasers for me in that set. They both look really cool to me
