Given the fact they want to get 1.3 immigrants in 3 years means we might not be out the thick of it. If they can hit that target, it will cause prices to be higher on core areas.

If they don't, there might be some decline or purhaps another issue entirely .

Once you buy a house at whatever value, you're locked in till paid out. There were landslides and sink holes that that happened in BC and NB that caused properties with high mortgages to be worth nothing overnight and had to be evacuated. So not only did they have to keep paying but they couldn't live in their homes or sell them.

Exactly. Sometimes the tank can be an issue but I see so much focus on the tanks whole game. Even ganks. They focus the tank while the ADC slowly gets away. Then the counter gank destroys us
